Why Submit Your Child’s Artwork?

As a valued member of the Millennium Cohort Family Study, we would like to encourage you to submit your child(ren)'s artwork for inclusion in our online gallery and for possible inclusion in future study mailings and/or emails! These mailing and emails are sent to our entire study population of nearly 30,000 military spouses around the world! We hope that by sharing the artistic creations of your children in our study communications, we can help create a community of engaged military families and spread joy from mailbox to mailbox!

Artwork submission instructions:

All submissions should be on 8.5"x11" white paper.
There are no strict guidelines for the artwork content, but we encourage the artwork to reflect your family and your relationship with the military. Artwork depicting trees (for our Study logo!) or specific seasons and holidays are also appreciated.
Please ensure that your child(ren)'s artwork does not contain any personally identifiable information such as names, addresses, etc.
To ensure the artwork file is suitable for printing in high resolution, please follow these recommendations:
1. Scan the artwork using a scanner set at 300dpi resolution or higher
2. In a setting with good lighting, take a picture of the artwork using a camera with 5 megapixels or more.
To submit your child(ren)'s artwork, please read the consent form below before clicking the Submit Artwork button. When filling out the submission template, please be sure to replace "your name" with your actual full name to provide consent.

Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) Media Consent Form

NHRC publishes information through various media forms—print (newsletters, magazines, reports, brochures, news releases, and feature articles), electronic (web site) and audio and video productions. The purpose of this media release form is to obtain permission for NHRC to use images or original artwork submitted to the Millennium Cohort Family Study.

With my email submission, I give consent for NHRC to edit, use and reuse my child's drawing/original artwork for Millennium Cohort Family Study publications and marketing materials.

This personal information will not be shared outside of NHRC.
