Hope Seib McMaster, PhD
Dr. McMaster serves as the Principal Investigator of the Millennium Cohort Family Study and the Millennium Cohort Study of Adolescent Resilience (SOAR) leading a strategic research agenda focused on military family resilience. For over 15 years, she has spearheaded research initiatives that guide total force readiness policies.

Valerie Stander, PhD
Dr. Stander serves as the Deputy Principal Investigator and has studied military families for over 25 years. She has conducted high-impact research on operational stress and long-term resilience among service members and their families.

Isabel Altarejos, MPH
Ms. Altarejos is the Assistant Study Coordinator supporting research operations, study documentation, and website management.

Lauren Bauer, MPH
Ms. Bauer is the Lead Study Coordinator managing research operations and survey implementation. She has over a decade of experience working on military health and resilience research.
